Gratitude.... What comes to mind when you hear this word? Would you think of a snowy tree and a crisp blue sky? Well I do! This picture makes me grin from ear to ear as all I feel is sheer delight and gratitude!  

 
 

Gratitude is a state of mind, a state of being. It's a skill that can be learned, developed and practiced.  It's a powerful choice that affects our life, and the life of others around us.

It produces fruits such as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

Gratitude is about appreciation and thankfulness -at times for the simplest of things like a snowy tree and a blue winter sky. Research has proven that practicing gratitude daily results in higher levels of optimism, energy, enthusiasm, alertness and determination. How would like to have those things present in your life, in the life your partner, in the life of your kids? Gratitude is one more thing:  it is CONTAGIOUS!!!  Try it!
