Meet Sarah

Hello! I’m Sarah Creek.

I am a bilingual ICF Accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC), implementation support, trainer and facilitator.

Sarah Creek is a bilingual (French/English) ICF Accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) based in Alberta, originally from Montréal. With a career spanning multiple provinces—including Ontario, and British Columbia—Sarah brings a wealth of experience in supporting children, families, and the professionals who serve them.

She is passionate about empowering individuals and teams through coaching, implementation support, facilitation, and training that fosters leadership, innovation, and meaningful change. Known for her warm, relational approach, Sarah is skilled in delivering professional development and training-of-trainers sessions in both French and English.

For over seven years, Sarah has supported national and provincial initiatives to implement the Pyramid Model Framework through the GRIT Program (now Kids Included) and is a certified trainer for the Teaching Pyramid Observation Tool (TPOT™).
