Meet Sarah

Welcome! I am Sarah Creek, a bilingual (French/English) ICF Accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) based in Alberta, originally from Montréal.

Through my professional work, I apply my expertise in coaching, facilitation, training, and implementation support to help early childhood practitioners, parents and the professionals who serve them grow their skills and create lasting impact.

I have spent my career supporting children, families, and professionals across multiple provinces, including Ontario and British Columbia. Known for my warm, relational approach, I help teams and practitioners strengthen communication, leadership, collaboration, and emotional intelligence. I apply my expertise exclusively within my professional roles.

I have contributed to national and provincial initiatives implementing the Pyramid Model Framework in Canada and am a certified trainer for the Teaching Pyramid Observation Tool (TPOT™). I am currently a Skills Development Officer with the Fédération des parents francophones de l’Alberta (FPFA) on the RIPE project, supporting early childhood practitioners and parents across Alberta to grow their skills and create lasting impact.
