Pure Simple Change

A place for women to become inspired with hope and take a next step on their journey of restoration.

Hello! I’m Sarah Creek.

I’m so glad you stopped in! Welcome to “my table” on the web! If you were having dinner in my home, around my large family table, you might hear some of these stories. I would want you to leave my table encouraged, fed, nourished (your belly and your soul) and inspired. I would love for you to leave my table better than you came.

Pure Simple Change is a space that I created to share some encouraging personal God-stories. It is an invitation to conversation, to explore questions in a real and vulnerable way, and to consider what might be next for you.

Come have a seat at my table, slow down and get inspired! By the way, you don’t need to prove yourself to have a seat at my table; you are welcome, you belong here. I hope that you soon come to realize that someone else also has a seat at His table for you.

The meaning behind Pure Simple Change is this:

Pure:

Getting back to who God made us to be ~ letting go of what no longer serves us and exploring who we are becoming on this journey of transformation

Simple:

Being transparent ~ being vulnerable, accepting how we have been designed and living it to the fullest

Change:

Asking ourselves, “who do we want to be?” ~ I believe God is in the business of transformation and restoration and we have an opportunity to partner with Him.

We have all gone through pain at some point in our life. We all have chapters we wish we could skip over and we have all collected “stuff” along the way. That’s my story too! As someone who has walked down the road of healing, I want to inspire hope in you for your journey and for the pain you might be experiencing.

I believe God would invite you to take a few steps forward and leave behind a few things that no longer serve you. Sometimes, we are set free and never struggle again. Most times though, we have to walk out our breakthrough, one step at a time.

I was never alone, and neither are you! Let me share with you about what has been transformed in me on this journey. You might get inspired to take your next step!

Simply,

The blog: writings from the heart, to inspire you

I write how I live: I put my heart and my soul in my writing.

I hope that as I share a bit of my stories, it might invite you to share yours.

“Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces.”
